Tidy hotel with supper friendly staff and perfect location close to the Galleria Mall, the freeway, shopping & dining and restaurants. My fine room was nicely decorated and beds were very comfy. I liked a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal, the staff was willing to help, we really enjoyed a fab experience. The food was fresh, had plenty of options. Nice interior, great restaurant.

Thorough staff, excellent service, panoramic views. We had a continental breakfast ; food was tasty here. Accommodating rooms and comfortable beds. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Easy check-in, late check-out. Great weekend in this very very nice area.

Good location, cordial staff, great food. The bonus was beautiful room decor and great bar. Ideal hotel, friendly service. Had access to its wifi, it was free.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Franklin, had much fun. Got king room when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The free WiFi was available. Only 15 minutes drive to Lotz House Museum. Location, a short walk to all attractions.
